What we collect, and how it is used

Wardrobe Transformation is operated by KITSUNYA, an Ontario sole proprietorship. Wardrobe Transformation is KITSUNYA's flagship wardrobe-systems service and serves the Greater Toronto Area.

Stage 1 — quick assessment. Your name, your GTA location or postal code, an email address and/or phone number, what you would most like to change, approximate scope, preferred timing, how you would like to share photos or video, and any optional notes you add.

Stage 2 — Wardrobe Profile. Your answers about daily life, your current wardrobe, style, fit and comfort, shopping patterns, your space, and format and logistics preferences — plus optional wardrobe photos or video if you choose to upload them.

Uploads are always optional. You may send media later, or not at all.

Any photos or video you upload are private service material. They are stored in private backend storage with no public link and no public listing, and are used only to assess your wardrobe and prepare your scope and quote.

They are never published, and never used for marketing, social media or any public purpose without your separate, explicit permission.

To assess scope, to communicate with you, to prepare a written scope and custom quote, and to plan and deliver the service if you decide to go ahead. Nothing more.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not publish your wardrobe, your home, or your answers.

This website and its database and private file storage are hosted on Lovable and Supabase infrastructure on our behalf. Email you send us is handled by our email provider. These providers process data only so the service can operate.

We keep your information for as long as it is needed to quote or deliver the service and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your submission, your Wardrobe Profile, and any uploaded media at any time by writing to kateryna@kitsunya.ca. You may also ask what we hold about you.

Necessary storage only, unless you choose otherwise. Your Wardrobe Profile progress and your privacy choice are saved locally in your own browser so you can resume and change them; you can clear them by finishing the form or by clearing your browser data.

With your consent we may also use Google Tag Manager (to load the tools below), Google Analytics (to understand how the site is used and which pages help), Google Ads (to measure whether an ad led to an enquiry) and the Meta Pixel (the same measurement for Facebook and Instagram ads). These set cookies and browser storage on your device and share limited event data with Google and Meta. Analytics requires the Analytics category; Google Ads and the Meta Pixel require the Marketing category.

None of these load before you consent. Google Consent Mode signals for analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization default to denied. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the “Privacy preferences” link in the footer of the home page.
